Dane County bag and condo income jumped from 212 in November of 2008 to 479 terminal month, an increase of 126%. November's median price for European County homes and condos was $192,000, down from terminal November's $215,950, a modification of 10.7%.
The huge increase in income was due to two factors. First, income terminal November plunged after the stock mart crashed in September of 2008. Second, many bag buyers this November rushed to cash in on the first-time bag buyer tax assign that was set to expire on November 30th.
